Returns and Exchanges


+ I wish to return an item in my order

We hope that you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any or all items in their original condition and packaging for a refund within 14 working days from delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must inform us of your intention to return the goods to us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to info@mummylovesorganics.com with a Subject heading of “Order Return”. Please include your Order number and name and address in this email and clearly state your reasons for returning the goods to us.

  • Please wait for our response by email before returning the goods. We may correspond with you by email to discuss the condition of the goods you wish to return.

  • You must return the goods to us by a registered/recorded delivery service (which requires a signature by the recipient) with suitable carriage insurance to the following address:

  • We cannot accept damaged or lost returns, and reserve the right to refuse your return if you do not send it by registered/recorded mail.

  • You must return the goods unused.

  • All returned products must be in their original product packaging. If you have opened the product packaging, or you have damaged the packaging so that it cannot be reused, we reserve the right to provide you with a partial refund only. You must retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt in case we require proof of the return in the unlikely event that your return package does not reach us.

+ I wish to return an item that is faulty

We are so sorry that you have received an item that is faulty and of course, we would love to get this rectified for you as quickly as we can. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us via email at info@mummylovesorganics.com with the following information:

  1. The order number
  2. The product name
  3. A description of the fault
  4. An image of the fault

As soon as we have received this information, we will be back in touch straight away.

+ How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

We will always try our best to process this for you as quickly as we can. We aim to have your refund / exchange completed within 14 working days. If you have not heard about your refund or exchange after 14 working days, please get in touch with our customer orders team via email at info@mummylovesorganics.com and we will check this for you.

Once your refund has been processed, please allow 2-4 working days for the funds to show back in your bank account.

+ I wish to exchange an item in my order

We are more than happy to exchange an item providing it has not been opened. Please email customer orders at info@mummylovesorganics.com stating your request to exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.

+ I have received an item as a gift, can I still return the item?

If you have been lucky enough to receive your item as a gift and know it was purchased directly from MUMMY LOVES ORGANICS.COM, you can return it to us via the returns procedure above. No refunds will be given on gifts, unless returned by the original purchaser.

If you did not receive a gift receipt, or if your gift was purchased online at info@mummylovesorganics.com, please contact our Customer Care Team via email at info@mummylovesorganics.com.

We can only exchange items that are unused and in a resalable condition.

Please note that we will be unable to accept returns of sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons.

+ I live abroad, but wish to return/exchange an item

Currently, we are unable to offer FREE returns for International orders.

To return an item and/or order, please take it to your local mailing service and keep your proof of postage for your reference. Once we receive this back, we will notify you via email once your returns have been received and processed.

+ I live abroad but have received a faulty item

We are so sorry that you have received an item that is faulty and of course, we would love to get this rectified for you as quickly as we can. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us via email at info@mummylovesorganics.com with the following information:

  1. The order number
  2. The product name
  3. A description of the fault
  4. An image of the fault

As soon as we have received this information, our Customer Orders team will be back in touch.

+ Do you refund the return postage delivery charge?

We are sorry but we do not refund the return postage delivery charge

+ Are any items non-refundable?

We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. We will be unable to accept returns of sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened by you after delivery. Please note: For hygiene reasons, MUMMY LOVES ORGANICS Shhleepies Feet are non-returnable. The pure shhleep foot oil is also non-returnable.

+ My refund amount is incorrect

We’re really sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund. If this is the case, please contact us right away! You can contact us via email at info@mummylovesorganics.com

Your refund may be different because:

  1. We do not refund the postage

  2. A discount was applied at the checkout

+ I did not collect my order from the sorting office

Our apologies but we are not responsible for any orders that are returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect from the sorting office. We will be more than happy to resend your order but will charge the additional postage.
